I’m a London based Chartered Physiotherapist and fitness blogger with a passion for food and workouts.


PHYSIOTHERAPY

I have been a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist for almost 10 years and I currently practise privately with clinics in London - Monument, Finsbury Square and Harley street. I treat just about any sports injury, back, neck, knee, hip, foot, elbow and shoulder pain you could think of. I also see orthopaedic patients who require or have just undergone surgery including hip and knee replacements. All my patients are adults over the age of 16, with my oldest so far being 103 years old.
I also do home visits in Central and South East London as well as online consultations for people who are unable to physically attend my clinic.

With the use of physical techniques such as massage, manual techniques and exercise therapy, I help people get back to feeling whole again. I have also started practising with Tecar therapy - super popular in Italy and Brazil and I will very soon be qualified in Women's Health.

BLOGGING


I blog about all things health, fitness and food. I document a lot here but on a daily basis, you can catch me on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and my youtube channel. A lot of my content involves reminding you how important it is to love yourself as you are, whilst striving to be best, healthiest and happiest version of you.


FACEBOOK LIVE WORKOUTS


I also do free Facebook live workouts on my facebook page every Saturday at 9am UK time. They’re HIIT workouts to Afrobeats. It’s so much fun as in between all the jump squats, lunges and mountain climbers, I encourage you to dance, twerk and have fun to the beats. I believe exercise doesn’t have to be what you do to punish yourself. Ever heard the saying "Work out for fun and not because of what you ate"? It's so true.



No equipment is needed for my workouts and you can join in live from anywhere in the world. You don’t need a lot of space either - your living/bedroom is just fine. Be prepared to sweat a lot though :)

A LITTLE FUN FACT.

I dabble in photography. I've also had a media career. I doubled up as a TV and radio presenter, whilst I was studying to become a Physio. I realised then that I was just as passionate about presenting as I was creating. I got such a buzz from having a simple idea and turning it into something informative or entertaining. This eventually led me to blogging.


Sounds like a lot for one person doesn't it? Although they say you never work a day in your life when you love what you do and I sure love what I do. There’s still so much to achieve, so much to learn, so much I desire and yet so little time to complete them all but I am slowly learning that determination is everything.
