Dear gorgeous person, you!

Wow can't believe it's 2017 already. At the same time, I kinda feel like Christmas was ages ago, having quickly got back into the swing of things. I worked through the festive period and only had a few days off so it almost seems a little difficult to feel like it's a "brand new year".


I know a lot of people have the mentality of "new year, new me" which is absolutely fine of course. Is that you? Or perhaps you think a little like me - it's just another day? Either way, we all probably have goals & things we would like to make happen this year and rather than worrying about whether it's a new year and so a new opportunity etc, we all just need to START.

It's a new day everyday, a new minute every minute and a new second every second so why not just start? That one thing you've been wanting to do for so long, that one body goal you've always wanted to achieve, that one job you've always wanted to apply for, that healthy lifestyle you've always wanted to live and so on. Just START. This is what I tell myself everyday and although it's sometimes a lot easier said than done, it's better to be one step closer than one step further away.
