HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST

We've all been there - that moment where you dread going out because your clothes simply don't fit or you feel bloated not just after a meal but every single day. You look at your friendship group and suddenly you feel like the "fat" one. Every time you look in the mirror, you almost don't recognise yourself. You wish you could say your clothes have shrunk but in reality, you know the truth. The haunting truth. You've gained weight. Here's another truth - we've all been there! We really have. I certainly have - a few times. Have you?

I made this video because people keep asking "How did you do it?" and I wish I had a straight forward answer but I don't. Nobody does. In this video, I share 10 top tips that really helped me on my weight loss journey and they continue to help me today, as I find a balance in my exercise and nutrition because God knows I still struggle. As we are only a few months from Christmas, I thought I would share some before and after pics here on my blog with you, to inspire you to take little steps towards your own health journey, should you need to.

Whilst I need not remind you that you are not defined by your weight and you are beautiful and perfect as you are, as a physio, I am also very much aware of the health implications of being overweight and the medical troubles this can cause in later life. Do not feel pressured into thinking you are "fat" - such an ugly word. If at all you need to, then do this for you and perhaps seek the help of a local dietician or nutritionist. I'm pretty sure your GP will be happy to point you in the right direction.
