My apologies, I have been so so busy producing those youtube videos for you - now three videos a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, hence the lack of posting here on my blog. I'm really trying to get myself into a nice routine of videos and written blogs. This way, you know when to expect them. I will ensure I post the videos here too and then of course, some extras - so expect at least 3 blogs a week.

On a more positive note, I've finally got round to starting a new series of 'What I eat in a day' after quite a few requests from you on IG where I post a lot of food videos and pictures. Feel free to follow me on IG here. I almost feel a bit silly that it's taken this long because taking pics and making videos of my food is something I do very often.

This video is what I ate on Monday the 2nd of May (Bank holiday in England). So excited to share this with you. If you have tried any of these meals or are planning on doing so, then please be sure to let me know in the comments section below. I will also appreciate some suggestions of what to eat on gym days - low sugar though remember :)
