Dear gorgeous person, you!

So a while ago, I wrote a blog about this when I was doing my vegan challenge. I had the most amazing Sonora salad ever from Wahaca in Canary Wharf and of course, I had to tweet them to ask if I could film a video. More than anything, I just wanted to know how I could make this at home. Almost immediately, I got a tweet back from Wahaca's official Twitter. It was their Brixton branch saying they would be very happy for me to come in and film and so... here's the outcome.

Huge thanks to manager Anna Kearney and head chef Ricardo. Staff were so patient with us. Very accommodating at such short notice as well. #SoGrateful

I'll definitely recommend this meal. You could have the meat version or without the tortilla if you preferred. See my earlier blog for more details.
